Management Responsibility
Accountability for PotashCorp’s overall economic performance rests with the CEO, CFO, COO and President, Sales, who:
- Develop and recommend to the Board of Directors company vision and strategies
- Develop and recommend to the board annual business plans and budgets that support long-term strategies
- Execute strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
- Address customer needs to ensure the company outperforms competitors on quality and service.
The COO and Vice President, Procurement establish the parameters for the company’s Purchasing Policy.
The General Manager at each production site implements business practices and identifies opportunities to advance the plant’s production capacity and efficiency.
