Rod Greve, Production General Foreman was awarded the Saskatchewan Mining Association's Emergency Response Person of the Year for 2005 for contribution to emergency and mine safety.

Emergency Response team was overall underground winner at the Provincial Mine Rescue Competition in June 2005.
New Brunswick
New Brunswick's low injury record earned it the 2006 award for the Lowest Frequency in the (New Brunswick) Mining Industry, presented by the Canadian Institute of Mining. The facility also won the 2006 award for the Lowest Severity in the (New Brunswick) Mining Industry, presented by the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Committee.

In 2006, received the John T. Ryan Award for Select Mines for 2005.

In October 2006, received the CIM Award for Lowest Severity and Safety Equipment and Accessories trophy for Lowest Frequency.

Won the New Brunswick and Nova Scotia Mine Rescue Competition in 2006.

Saskatchewan Mining Association 2007 Safety Award for a zero-injury rating.

In 2006 received an award from the Saskatchewan Mining Association for "Zero" Competition Rating.

Emergency Rescue Technician team won the Saskatchewan Mine Rescue title for surface teams in 2005.

In 2006 received the Certificate of Achievement for making Saskatchewan workplaces safer. This was presented by WorkSafe Saskatchewan.

Received the Mayor's Choice Award from the village of St. Lazare in recognition of safe mining practices from the Saskatchewan Mining Association.
