Employee Turnover

Employee turnover at all PotashCorp operations averaged 9.0 percent in 2006. The formula for calculating turnover was changed in 2006 to make it consistent with the approach recommended by the GRI. As a result, the 2006 turnover rate is not consistent with the numbers reported in previous years.
