PotashCorp has received an Honorable Mention for Excellence in Sustainable Development Reporting from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).

The company's sustainability report, One World, was recognized for information presented on management policies and systems, governance systems and environmental impacts. The report was also cited for having comprehensive information about each of the company’s operating sites.

The online version of the report was commended for ease of use, linking topics and graphic design.

"Our long-term success is determined by the impact we have on our investors, customers, employees, suppliers, the environment, and the communities where we conduct business," said Tom Pasztor, Senior Director, Corporate and Government Relations for PotashCorp. "We know it's important to identify and implement sustainable business practices throughout our organization. To be recognized for our achievements and the progress we continue to make is a real honor."

The CICA Corporate Reporting Awards are open to the top 50 companies per industry sector listed on the TSX as of March 31, 2006 with a market cap of over $200 million and incorporated in Canada. The judging groups include the CICA, the Toronto CFA Society, Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the International Institute for Sustainable Development.
