Women in our Workforce and Communities

PotashCorp is committed to increasing the opportunities to attract, develop, engage and retain women in our workforce and support initiatives that advance the priorities of women in our communities. Our short and long-term focus includes:

  • Increasing the representation of women in management across our operations
  • Supporting programs in our communities that increase the representation of women in leadership as well as other gender diversity measures
  • Supporting women-owned businesses and suppliers

Aboriginal Engagement

PotashCorp has made building mutually beneficial relationships with our Aboriginal communities a priority and strives to build trust, increase awareness of opportunities and help bridge education gaps. We are focused on:

  • Increasing the representation of Aboriginal people in our Canadian operations
  • Supporting programs and services in our Aboriginal communities, particularly in the areas of education, employment and health
  • Supporting Aboriginal suppliers with local spending in our communities
