(PotashCorp) announced that the thirteen nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of PotashCorp earlier today at the shareholder meeting held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the company's quarterly cash dividend (from $0.28 per share to $0.35 per share), and declared a quarterly cash dividend of US $0.35 per common share payable August 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on July 12, 2013. “The confidence we have in our ability to generate strong cash flow in the years ahead has enabled us to strengthen our dividend for the fifth time since 2011,” said PotashCorp President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Doyle. “With a cumulative dividend increase of 950 percent in just over two years, the Board and management team remain committed to enhancing returns for our long-term shareholders.”
