Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) today announced that the people of Saskatchewan met the company’s challenge to raise $1 million for Saskatchewan’s food banks during the holiday season. The food banks have now reported their receipts and the total far exceeds $1 million.

(PotashCorp) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the company's quarterly cash dividend (from $0.07 per share to $0.14 per share), and declared a quarterly cash dividend of US $0.14 per common share payable May 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 12, 2012.
