Lanigan's Mine Operations Production General Foreman, Rod Greve, was honored as the Saskatchewan Mining Association's Emergency Response Person of the Year.

New Brunswick
New Brunswick's low injury record earned it the 2006 award for the Lowest Frequency in the (New Brunswick) Mining Industry, presented by the Canadian Institute of Mining. The facility also won the 2006 award for the Lowest Severity in the (New Brunswick) Mining Industry, presented by the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Committee.

New Brunswick won the John T. Ryan Award for Select Mines from the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, for the second time in three years.

It received a plaque of recognition from the New Brunswick Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission for 3 million hours without a lost-time accident.

National Petrochemical and Refiners Association presented an award in 2007 for three years without lost-time accidents to PCS Nitrogen – Lima, OH

Lima received three awards for its safety performance, including the National Petroleum & Refiners Association's Meritorious Safety Performance Award.
