BPC Potash Price Increases
BPC is reported to have announced price increases for potash sales into the Asian and Brazilian markets effective July 1, 2008 for all new deliveries. In the Asian market, the price for Standard grade potash has been set at US$1000 per tonne CFR. In the Brazilian market, the price for Granular grade potash has been set at $1000-1010 per tonne CFR depending on the customer size.
