PotashCorp is the world’s largest fertilizer company by capacity. Our potash, nitrogen and phosphate operating capacity is 23 percent greater than that of the next largest competitor. This is most significant in potash, where we are the world’s largest producer by capacity and are well positioned for growth. Our strategy, however, is not built around volumes; it is focused on utilizing our assets over time as demand rises.

We are the fourth-largest nitrogen producer, with over 60 percent of our production built on long-term, lower-cost natural gas contracts in Trinidad, and third-largest in phosphate, with extensive low-cost, low-impurity rock that allows us to produce higher-margin non-fertilizer products.
