Q: How does a customer benefit when buying from PotashCorp?
A: PotashCorp is the world's largest producer by capacity of the three primary fertilizer nutrients: potash, phosphate and nitrogen. The PotashCorp sales force provides customers with all three products for one-stop shopping. The company maintains a large network of distribution centers located in the pertinent market areas and is able to use its large volumes to negotiate favorable transportation contracts.

Q: Will I always have the same Customer Service Representative?
A: PotashCorp's CSRs cover designated areas of the country and, in most instances, customers work with the same CSR on an ongoing basis.
 

Q: Can I buy my fertilizer supplies directly from PotashCorp?
A: No. PotashCorp is a wholesale manufacturer of fertilizer ingredients and works with a large network of fertilizer dealers.
 

Q: Is there a minimum order size I need to buy from PotashCorp?
A: All PotashCorp products are sold in bulk and orders in truckloads. The smallest size for shipment is a full truck (24 metric tonnes).
 

Q: Can a CSR tell me when my order will arrive?
A: Your CSR can provide detailed information about your orders, order history and delivery status whenever needed.
