As a vendor to our company, we want you to have additional information that connects our commitment to act fairly and ethically to our procurement activities.
Our
Corporate Purchasing Policy (PDF 1.3 MB) outlines how we will endeavor to secure goods and services in a responsible and cost-effective manner. Please review the policy if questions arise about our dealings with your firm.
We have established three avenues for resolving problems if you believe you have been unfairly treated or if you are aware of actions on the part of our company or its personnel that would violate our
Core Values and
Code of Business Conduct.
Most concerns relating to fairness can be addressed to the general manager of the PotashCorp site that was involved in a transaction. The general manager usually is in the best position to research what happened and resolve issues expeditiously.
Alternatively, you can
contact Karen Chasez, Vice President, Procurement, about a concern. She is available to assist, particularly if a concern is best addressed outside the chain of command at our site.
In addition, we have established ComplianceLine, a service provided by an external professional organization on our behalf, to receive concerns that you believe should be evaluated outside our site or procurement departments. ComplianceLine is available 24 hours a day and is staffed by trained professionals who will conduct a confidential interview and report the complaint to appropriate executives at PotashCorp for investigation and resolution.
If requested, ComplianceLine can handle complaints on an anonymous basis. The vendor phone number for ComplianceLine is
704-973-0313. It is a US phone number that can be reached by dialing the international country code for the US, if you are located outside North America.
Please share this information with those within your organization who have business contacts with us or our affiliates. Our goal is to be a business partner of choice for all of our suppliers.
