Daphne J. Arnason Vice President, Internal Audit
|
Ms. Arnason joined PotashCorp in 1988 and held various positions in the tax department, the most recent being Senior Director, Taxation, until 2003 when she was promoted to her current position.
As Vice President, Internal Audit, she is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering PotashCorp’s worldwide internal audit program as provided for in the Internal Audit Charter and set out in the Audit Plan as approved annually by the Audit Committee.
She is a director of the Saskatoon Airport Authority and serves as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee.
Ms. Arnason was born in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1977 and her Chartered Accountant designation in 1979.
She is married and has four children.
