Paul J. Schoenhals, of Calgary, Alberta, recently retired as President and CEO of Enform, a petroleum industry safety and training service. He is a former Member of the Legislative Assembly and Cabinet Minister in Saskatchewan and was Chairman of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, the Crown corporation, from 1987 to 1989. He joined the PCS Inc. Board in 1992.
