Mary Mogford, of Newcastle, Ontario, is a Corporate Director and a former Ontario Deputy Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources. She is also a director of MDS Inc., the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada and the SickKids Foundation. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and an accredited director under the ICD/Rotman School of Business Directors’ Education Program. She joined the PCS Inc. Board in 2001.
