Senior Director, Investor Relations

As Senior Director, Investor Relations, Denita Stann is responsible for PotashCorp’s communication with analysts and investors.

Before joining PotashCorp in 2006, she was a key member of the senior management team at Agrium’s Saskatchewan potash operations, overseeing its finance, information technology, purchasing and materials management departments. Earlier, she was Manager, Finance with Areva Resources Canada and worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in Canada and Australia, primarily serving its mining clients.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, and has earned her Canadian designation as a Chartered Accountant and her US designation as a Certified Public Accountant. She serves on the board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.
