Robert A. Jaspar
As Senior Vice President, Information Technology, Robert Jaspar is responsible for ensuring that computer systems efficiently address the information needs of PotashCorp’s customers and employees.
His involvement with the company began in 1990 when he worked at a public accounting and consulting firm, devoting significant time to his largest client, PotashCorp. He joined the company as an internal auditor in 1997, later becoming Director, Internal Audit and Vice President, Internal Audit.
A chartered accountant, Mr. Jaspar has served the Saskatchewan Institute of Chartered Accountants in a variety of roles, including being its representative member of the Province of Saskatchewan’s Audit Committee. He is active in local charitable organizations and has served on the boards of the Saskatoon YMCA, Saskatoon Family Service Bureau and the Rotary Club of Saskatoon Meewasin.
