Senior Management

Daphne Arnason joined PotashCorp in 1988 and held various positions in the tax department, rising to Senior Director, Taxation and, in 2003, to Vice President, Internal Audit. She is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering PotashCorp’s worldwide internal audit program as provided for in the Internal Audit Charter and set out in the audit plan approved annually by the audit committee. She also serves on the compliance and risk management committees.

She is a director of the Saskatoon Airport Authority and serves as chair of its audit and finance committee. She is also on the board of directors of the United Way of Saskatoon & Area.

Ms. Arnason earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan. She has served on several of its committees.
