Mary Mogford, of Newcastle, Ontario, is a Corporate Director and a former Ontario Deputy Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources. She is a director of Nordion Inc. and an honorary member of the boards of the Hospital for Sick Children and Trent University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and an accredited director under the ICD/Rotman School of Business Directors' Education Program. She joined the PCS Inc. board in 2001.
