Director
William J. Doyle, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is President and CEO of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc., a position he has held since 1999. He joined PotashCorp as President of PCS Sales in 1987, after a career with International Minerals and Chemical Corporation. He is on the boards of the International Fertilizer Industry Association, Canpotex Limited, The Fertilizer Institute and the International Plant Nutrition Institute. Mr. Doyle is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC and is a vice chair of its board of directors. He joined the PCS Inc. board in 1989.
