Christopher M. Burley, of Calgary, Alberta, is a Corporate Director and former Managing Director and Vice Chairman, Energy of Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. A graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors' Education Program, Mr. Burley has more than 22 years of experience in the investment banking industry and is a member of the board of directors of Parallel Energy Trust and the United Way of Calgary and Area. He joined the PCS Inc. board in 2009.
