Uses
Liquid and solid fertilizers and animal feed supplements are used in agriculture. Purified phosphoric acid is used in food and beverage products and in metal treatment compounds.
Transportation

A 31mile (50km) railroad spur connects the facility to the Norfolk Southern and CSX railways.
Road
Liquid or dry product shipped by trucks meeting DOT regulations.
Waterway
Product shipped via local waterway to barges in Morehead City.
